Global Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support critical event management, the full-time remote Global Intelligence Analyst will utilize various source tools to identify and monitor global incidents, communicate urgent information to customers, and ensure high accuracy in reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize source tools to identify and monitor incidents and potential threats globally
• Communicate critical information effectively and provide updates as necessary
• Work with the Global Intelligence team to continuously update sources for optimal monitoring

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in analytical or problem-solving roles
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• General knowledge of current events and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
