Global Invoice-to-Cash Director

Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time contract Global Invoice-to-Cash Director will oversee Billing, Cash Application, and Collections operations, focusing on optimizing the end-to-end global process and aligning strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the global strategy and roadmap for Invoice-to-Cash processes, ensuring alignment with business and finance objectives
• Drive initiatives for revenue optimization and operational excellence, enhancing global cash flow and revenue assurance
• Lead a high-performing team and manage strategic relationships with third-party vendors to ensure compliance and service optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in a global Invoice-to-Cash leadership role within a Shared Services environment
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash process, including billing, collections, and cash application
• Strong understanding of ERP and automation platforms such as Oracle or SAP, with hands-on experience in AI and RPA preferred
• Proven experience in leading process standardization and global system implementations in large organizations
