• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience managing technical projects and leading project teams
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Analytical data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experience developing operational level solutions to eliminate process or technology-related issues
