Global IT Automation Specialist

Job Summary

Transforming business processes through automation and digital solutions, the full-time Global IT Automation Specialist will drive initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies while supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 in a remote capacity for candidates based in Kenya, Pakistan, or Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making across multiple departments
• Administer and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services, including user access management and systems infrastructure support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated experience developing robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate
• Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure and cloud-based platforms
• Professional fluency in English; certifications in Microsoft Power Automate RPA are desirable
