Global IT Collaboration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global IT Collaboration Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
• Establish and maintain Microsoft 365 governance standards and oversee development and support of collaboration solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and promote user adoption through training and documentation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT collaboration technologies
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 governance frameworks
• 3-5 years of experience managing technical teams or offshore resources
• Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certifications are a plus
