Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Global IT roadmap, managing endpoint operations and fleet automation across multiple locations
• Oversee software procurement and vendor management, ensuring seamless access and budget compliance
• Lead IT support staff, develop training programs, and foster cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or management with operational ownership
• Strong experience with MDM platforms, particularly Jamf and Microsoft Intune
• Experience with identity and access management platforms, preferably Okta
• Proven track record in software procurement, vendor negotiation, and budget management
• Hands-on experience with automation scripting and endpoint monitoring in distributed environments
