Global IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global IT Operations Manager to join their IT & Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of IT professionals, supporting day-to-day operations
• Manage core IT service operations, including user provisioning, access management, and SaaS administration
• Drive automation of IT processes and optimize SaaS platforms to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2+ years in a management role
• Experience administering Google Workspace or similar enterprise productivity platforms
• Strong experience managing SaaS applications, including provisioning and access control
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management systems, ideally Okta
• Experience with IT automation tools and managing endpoints in a modern SaaS environment
