Global IT Process Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Global IT Process Consultant will govern SAP-based Supply Chain Management processes, analyze workflows, develop solutions, support worldwide rollouts, and provide training and 2nd level support to key users.

Key responsibilities

• Support and assist key users within the SCM organization in their daily business activities
• Contribute to SAP roll-out and implementation projects to ensure stable system operations
• Analyze existing SCM processes and support the development of SAP-based solutions

Required qualifications

• Several years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SCM, PP/DS, and MM
• Proven expertise in demand planning, MRP, production scheduling, and S&OP
• Experience in international SAP implementation projects, including mergers and acquisitions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent in English
