Global IT Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global IT Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and test system functions for assigned business areas to meet requirements
• Manage projects to ensure they stay on track, on time, and within budget while liaising between stakeholders and development teams
• Gather user requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide training and support for end-users

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT with a focus on CRM or ERP system configuration and support, preferably Salesforce
• Proven project management experience and expertise
• Strong business process, system, and data analysis skills with experience in project implementation
• Advanced technical ability to manage and support Salesforce systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and database technology
