Job Summary
To grow and develop new and existing target customer business, the full-time Global Key Account Manager will manage complex relationships with high-value customers, achieving sales milestones and enhancing Festo's market position while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create detailed mid-range account strategies in collaboration with customers
- Build and manage account and project teams to achieve sales objectives
- Identify and win projects by leveraging automation expertise and maintaining customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- University degree in engineering or business studies; electrical engineering is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- 5 years of external experience in sales processes and key account management
- Experience in industrial B2B sales and project management methods
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and SAP
