Global Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing video projects end to end, the full-time Global Lead Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams and Pharma clients, ensuring clear communication, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality results in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by setting clear expectations and providing regular updates
• Coordinate with internal teams and third parties to plan resources, review progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Liaise with clients to ensure project outputs align with their marketing objectives and manage any challenges that arise

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of project management experience, preferably in agency, digital marketing, or life sciences
• A medical or scientific background is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills (level C2)
• Experience with G-suite and a strong digital aptitude
