Global Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for the overall delivery of cross-functional projects, the full-time Global Lead Project Manager will serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project team to meet or exceed deliverables while managing customer expectations and communication pathways
• Ensure financial stewardship and compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and project-specific guidelines
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level, coordinating with various stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research
• 3+ years of experience as a Global Lead Project Manager overseeing clinical trials
• Extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio of vendors across multiple therapeutic areas
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project management principles
