Job Summary

Global Leadership Accelerator Lead is a contract position focused on designing and delivering a leadership program for women journalists, requiring strong leadership development experience and the ability to work in diverse, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of the Global Leadership Accelerator, ensuring timely delivery of program milestones
• Provide management and coaching to team members while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Establish monitoring and reporting systems to track program impact and participant engagement

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership development, media development, or gender equality programs
• Deep training in safety dynamics relevant to journalists
• Proven experience managing multi-country programs in complex media environments
• Experience coordinating trainers and program teams effectively
• At least a Master's Degree in a related area
