Job Summary

Driving cultural transformation and operational improvements, the full-time Global Lean Leader will coach and implement lean principles while partnering with business management leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a lean vision and continuous improvement strategy
  • Lead and support cultural change initiatives and business improvement activities using Toyota Lean methodologies
  • Provide project management expertise and report on project progress, risks, and improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in lean methodologies such as 5S, VSM, and Kanban
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
