Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Learning Academy Strategist - Freelance.

Key Responsibilities

• Author and maintain a strategic plan and roadmap aligning the Academy's output with business goals
• Act as the primary liaison to senior business stakeholders to assess needs and expectations
• Oversee the creation of high-quality deliverables, including operating models and executive presentations

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of corporate Academy of Learning principles, including LMS/LXP ecosystems
• Proven ability to engage senior business leaders and provide authoritative advice
• Experience in creating comprehensive strategic plans and roadmaps
• Ability to oversee technical roles and ensure product alignment with strategic intent
• Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry is a bonus
