• Partner with business leaders and HR to translate strategies into prioritized learning and capability needs
• Identify critical skills and capability gaps, shaping scalable learning strategies and solutions
• Lead a team of learning consultants and establish global learning models and standards

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in learning, talent, or related fields
• Experience in skills-based or capability-based learning models
• Strong capability in learning needs analysis and adult learning principles
• Proven ability to operate effectively across complex, matrixed organizations
