Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Learning Operations & Transformation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Global Center of Excellence for operations, governance, tooling, and analytics
• Lead the evolution of AI-enabled operational workflows and automation strategies
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to improve forecasting and operational controls

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Operational Transformation
• Proven experience in building and scaling enterprise operating models and governance frameworks
• Demonstrated success in leading AI-enabled operational transformation initiatives
• Strong commercial and operational acumen, including forecasting and revenue operations
• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Revenue leadership teams
