Global Learning Program Specialist

Job Summary

Driving operational efficiency in sales enablement programs, the full-time remote Global Learning Program Specialist will manage communications, provide data reporting, and deliver insights to stakeholders while juggling multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute communications for enablement programs and events, ensuring clear messaging to partners and the sales organization
• Maintain dashboards and track participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics for enablement programs
• Deliver regular reports and insights to sales leadership and key stakeholders, translating data into actionable narratives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or program/project management within a global organization
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with CRM and enablement platforms such as Salesforce or Highspot is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
