Key Responsibilities

• Partner across LCCA pillars to define objectives, align teams, and ensure business outcomes are met
• Lead project ranking, issue resolution, and team mentoring to drive change
• Collaborate with GLS Leadership on planning, goals, and program management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and portfolio management experience in business transformation
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience in business strategy with executive leadership collaboration
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• PMP or PfMP certification preferred
