Global Licensed Life and Wellness Coach

Job Summary

Seeking qualified Global Licensed Life and Wellness Coaches for a fully remote contract position, where coaches will deliver tele-coaching sessions to support clients in achieving personal growth and overcoming life challenges related to stress, relationships, and well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video, maintaining a calendar of availability and session notes
• Support clients in setting and achieving goals related to various life challenges, fostering confidence and action
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure culturally competent and empathetic care while upholding diversity and inclusion values

Required qualifications

• Active credential from a globally recognized coaching body, such as ICF or EMCC, is required
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience is required
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as Positive Psychology or NLP is preferred
• Strong telehealth competency with reliable access to high-speed internet
• Fluency in English and comfort in conducting sessions in Spanish or Portuguese is required
