Job Summary

Seeking qualified Global Licensed Life and Wellness Coaches for a fully remote contract position, responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions that support clients in setting goals and achieving personal growth in various life areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video to clients in designated South Asian regions
• Assist clients in setting and achieving goals related to stress, relationships, career, health, and personal development
• Maintain timely session notes and collaborate with support teams to enhance client care

Required qualifications:

• Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience
• Training in evidence-based support modalities (e.g., NVC, NLP, Positive Psychology)
• Fluency in Hindi and comfort with technology for telehealth delivery
• Commitment to quality care and collaboration within a coaching community
