Job Summary

Seeking qualified Global Licensed Life and Wellness Coaches for a fully remote contract position, who will deliver structured tele-coaching sessions to clients in Eastern Europe, supporting them in achieving personal goals related to stress, relationships, career, and health.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video to clients in the designated regions
• Support clients in setting and achieving personal goals while maintaining session notes in the EHR
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure culturally competent and empathetic care

Required qualifications

• Active credential from a globally recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience
• Experience with evidence-based modalities of support such as NLP, Positive Psychology, or MBSR
• Strong telehealth competency and reliable access to high-speed internet
• Fluency in at least one regional language relevant to the client base
