Job Summary

Driving growth and brand consistency, the full-time remote Global Licensing Director will oversee category strategy, manage licensee performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product execution with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Own category strategy for licensed businesses, including growth plans and long-range roadmaps
  • Act as the primary global relationship owner for key licensees, managing performance expectations and business reviews
  • Align licensing roadmaps with global marketing strategies and collaborate with Design & Merchandising throughout the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in licensing, brand management, or merchandising within a global consumer brand
  • Proven experience with strong financial accountability in category ownership
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and wholesale/DTC dynamics
  • Track record of managing complex licensee relationships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in forecasting, royalties, and contract-based business models
