Job Summary

In a part-time hourly role, the Global Live Operations Specialist will execute real-time workflows to ensure delivery quality and operational performance while monitoring live operations and addressing issues as they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational workflows to maintain delivery quality and efficiency
• Monitor live dashboards and respond in real time to emerging issues impacting deliveries
• Investigate operational anomalies and escalate findings appropriately

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy
• Experience in operations, logistics, or structured, process-driven environments preferred
• Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is a plus
