Global Localization Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global documentation localization program, the full-time Manager, Global Localization will ensure accurate translation of medical device documentation while managing complex projects, vendor partnerships, and a specialized localization team, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor Localization Project Managers in best practices and project management methodologies
• Create and execute complex localization project plans aligned with business priorities and regulatory standards
• Manage relationships with language service providers, including conducting quarterly business reviews and overseeing resource management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of project and people management experience, with at least 3 years in localization within a regulated environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing global localization projects
• Proficiency with localization tools and project management methodologies
• Project management professional certification or localization project management certification preferred
