Job Summary
To optimize global shipping operations, the full-time Global Logistics Analyst will manage the central freight program, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the global freight program, ensuring adherence to contracts and maximizing supplier utilization
- Analyze shipping spend data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with the Global Trade Compliance team to ensure compliance with customs regulations and develop documentation for international shipping
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation, with a focus on package freight
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Experience managing relationships with freight carriers and negotiating rates
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
