Global Logistics Analyst

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end export operations, the full-time remote Global Logistics Analyst will ensure compliance with import/export regulations, handle hazardous shipments, and optimize transit and costs through collaboration with carriers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customs invoices and shipping labels for export orders while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Track shipments and maintain timely status updates for stakeholders, coordinating with freight forwarders and trade agents
• Run denied party and sanctions screening on exports, creating and resolving freight claims and disputes as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in global logistics, international shipping, or supply chain operations
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. export regulations and customs documentation
• Experience handling hazardous materials and lithium battery shipments
• Proficiency with business tools such as Excel and order management systems
