Global Logistics Director

Job Summary

To lead a high-performing global team, the fully remote Global Logistics Director will build the master logistics plan, optimize network design, and drive sustainability initiatives while ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global master shipping plan to ensure on-time delivery and optimize logistics footprint
• Establish and maintain logistics resilience frameworks to manage disruptions and ensure continuous shipping operations
• Lead global freight procurement and carrier management to reduce costs and improve service quality

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in managing global logistics operations
• Proven success in designing international logistics networks across multiple regions
• Hands-on experience with customs compliance and cross-border trade regulations
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
