Global Managed Services Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Lead for Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end managed service operations and delivery across regions
• Design scalable, technology-enabled delivery models integrating digital platforms and AI-assisted workflows
• Establish and lead delivery centers in Colombia and the Philippines, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in managed services, BPO/KPO, or SaaS-enabled operations
• Proven track record in scaling process-driven service delivery models
• Experience leading distributed or offshore delivery teams
• Familiarity with integrating digital platforms and automation into service environments
• Experience managing long-term programs involving regulatory or supply chain data
