Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Manager, Survey Science, Analytics & Programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the design, deployment, and enhancement of employee surveys and listening programs
• Develops and maintains NLP-based sentiment analysis models to evaluate employee feedback
• Partners with HRBPs and business leaders to interpret survey results and prioritize interventions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Ten (10) + years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in leading secure software architecture initiatives
• Hands-on experience with NLP and sentiment analysis methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
• Experience with Python, R, and data visualization tools
