Global Manager, Survey Science

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of employee listening initiatives, the full-time Global Manager, Survey Science will design and manage surveys, develop sentiment analysis models, and transform employee feedback into actionable insights, working either onsite in Lakewood, CO or remotely while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy employee surveys and listening programs across the talent lifecycle
• Develop and maintain NLP-based sentiment analysis models to evaluate employee feedback
• Deliver dashboards and reports that communicate trends, risks, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or people analytics
• Hands-on experience with NLP, sentiment analysis, and text analytics methodologies
• Proficiency in Python or R, along with business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Experience in designing or analyzing employee surveys
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field; Master's preferred
