Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Marketing Capability Strategy Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the strategic direction for global marketing capability development
• Serving as the global marketing SME to educate and build marketing capabilities of senior leaders and commercial teams
• Leading global identification of marketing training tools, technology, and data enablers

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in marketing roles
• Working knowledge of marketing technologies, tools, and data enablers
• Able to work in a matrix organization driving collaboration across functions, geographies, and businesses
• History of working with business units, sales, marketing teams and large customers to drive growth initiatives
• College degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred
