Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Marketing Associate Director, Training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute the global training curriculum aligned with the Brand Management & Marketing Competency Model
• Lead and oversee the rollout of training engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Manage and mentor the training team while collaborating with marketing leaders to align training programs with business goals

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 7 years, Bachelor's degree with 9 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of Marketing experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people or leading teams
• 10+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Strong marketing acumen and industry knowledge
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
