Key Responsibilities

• Ensure promotional materials are reviewed by cross-functional teams and maintain an audit-ready mindset
• Facilitate Medical/Regulatory meetings and provide expert guidance throughout the approval process
• Contribute to process improvements and monitor timelines for material approval

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Project Management skills
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats
• Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) teams
