Global Medical Affairs Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing global medical strategy and enrollment for pipeline programs, the full-time Global Medical Affairs Strategy Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific excellence and alignment of medical plans with portfolio objectives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Access, and Corporate Communications to shape pipeline and portfolio strategies
• Serve as the key medical representative on clinical development teams, providing expertise for trial designs and recruitment
• Develop the integrated medical evidence plan for early pipeline assets, including therapeutic and diagnostic agents

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD (or equivalent scientific or medical training)
• 7+ years in medical affairs in oncology pharmaceutical/biotech, with preference for experience in radiopharmaceuticals and/or prostate cancer
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinical development, corporate communications, and commercial teams
• Demonstrated experience in building and executing a global medical strategy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership and the scientific community
