Job Summary
Overseeing global medical strategy and enrollment for a specific program, the full-time Global Medical Affairs Strategy Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape pipeline strategies, support launch planning, and provide medical expertise in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Access, and Corporate Communications to align medical plans with portfolio objectives
- Support launch planning in partnership with medical affairs and commercial brand teams
- Develop integrated medical evidence plans for early pipeline assets and engage with key external thought leaders
Required Qualifications
- MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD (or equivalent scientific or medical training)
- 5-7 years of experience in medical affairs within oncology pharmaceutical/biotech, preferably with radiopharmaceuticals
- Proven ability to lead global medical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in medical evidence generation and scientific communication
- Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking and business acumen
