Global Medical Affairs Leader

Job Summary

Leading the global medical affairs strategy, the full-time Head of Global Medical Affairs will develop and execute plans for pivotal Phase III programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and building a high-performing medical affairs team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global medical affairs strategy aligned with corporate and clinical development goals
• Lead the development of scientific communication plans, medical education, and publication strategies
• Build and lead a high-performing global medical affairs team, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and compliance

Required Qualifications

• MD, PhD, or PharmD required; MD preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 8 years in medical affairs leadership roles
• Proven experience supporting global Phase III programs and product launches
• Deep therapeutic expertise in rare diseases and/or autoimmunology
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with global experience
