Global Medical Scientist

Job Summary

To support evidence generation strategies, the full-time Global Medical Scientist will manage investigator-initiated trials, contribute to clinical trial design, and drive scientific publications in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead oversight of the investigator-initiated trial (IIT) portfolio, including concept evaluation, study monitoring, and publication collaboration
• Provide scientific input on the design and execution of clinical studies and real-world evidence programs
• Drive a publication strategy that results in high-impact manuscripts and presentations across therapeutic areas

Required qualifications

• MD, PhD, or MD/PhD from an accredited institution; terminal degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience at a top-tier US academic medical institution or equivalent
• Demonstrated publication track record in hematology, oncology, or a closely related field
• Direct experience managing investigator-initiated trials, including protocol development and regulatory submissions
• Deep understanding of clinical trial design, biostatistics, and real-world evidence methodologies
