Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Medical Training.

Key Responsibilities

Execute strategic training plans and implement educational platforms for new product launches
Develop and refine the GMA new hire training curriculum and lead virtual classroom sessions
Collaborate with regional/local Training Leads to create tailored supplementary trainings

Required Qualifications

Doctorate Degree required
3-5 years of field medical affairs experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in training field medical affairs teams and developing training content
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Experience in therapeutic areas, particularly Nephrology/Immunology preferred
