Global Mobility Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the company's global immigration program, the full-time remote Global Mobility Consultant will manage international mobility activities, serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, and ensure compliance with immigration and employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global immigration program in collaboration with external providers and internal stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end mobility cases, including international assignments and cross-border employment scenarios
• Maintain and enhance global mobility policies and track program metrics for compliance and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in global immigration or related fields, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience managing global immigration programs and working with external vendors
• Strong understanding of international assignment administration and mobility program operations
• Experience partnering with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Tax stakeholders
• Knowledge of global mobility tax, payroll, and compliance considerations
