Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager - Global Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of global mobility strategies and programs
• Collaborate with Member Firm People Teams to ensure alignment on global priorities
• Create automation processes for reporting and analyze global mobility data for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or Big 4 environment
• Proven success in global mobility, international HR, or talent management
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and utilize automation tools
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
