Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Mobility & Immigration Manager to oversee global relocation and immigration programs while enhancing employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic mobility and immigration projects aligned with global growth objectives
• Develop and improve policies and processes to ensure operational excellence and compliance
• Act as the primary contact for business leaders on mobility and immigration queries, providing expert guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Political Science, HR, Business, or Law
• 5+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, and/or relocation management in a multinational environment
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management with a proven track record of achieving results
• Demonstrated expertise in project and program management, with hands-on experience in complex initiatives
• Comprehensive knowledge of international immigration laws and global mobility policies
