• Implement AI-driven tools and automation to enhance service delivery and streamline workflows
• Oversee immigration program management, ensuring compliance with global regulations and managing external partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility or Immigration with program leadership experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of US and Canadian immigration law and international mobility compliance
• Experience in using AI and automation tools for operational challenges
• Advanced experience with Workday and specialized case management platforms
• Direct experience managing mobility programs across multiple international jurisdictions
