Global Mobility Manager - US Immigration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Mobility Manager - US Immigration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong vendor management to deliver premium employee experience
• Lead escalations between immigration counsel, staff, HR, and management
• Oversee US visa sponsorship assessments in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Hiring managers

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, Master's degree with 2 years of Human Resources and Immigration experience, Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or High school diploma with 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of all US visa types and processes
• Experience in independently managing multiple activities for a large US immigration program
• Leadership experience on specialized projects with a strategic focus on US immigration policy
• Experience working independently but contributing within a team environment
