- Manage Global Mobility & Immigration programs and workflows for the US & LATAM regions
- Develop and execute Global Mobility & Immigration strategies in partnership with key leaders and stakeholders
- Identify process inefficiencies and champion process simplification efforts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of global mobility program management experience
- Deep technical knowledge of global mobility & immigration
- Experience in designing, scaling, and transforming high-volume programs
- Strong strategy and planning mindset
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders
