Global Mobility Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Mobility Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the Americas regions, ensuring a consistent Global Mobility program
• Oversee and communicate Global Mobility programs and policies, including relocations and expatriate assignments
• Manage relationships with external vendors and provide administrative support for Global Mobility activities

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of US and Canada immigration systems and tax laws
• Typically requires seven years of experience in Global Mobility and three or more years in Human Resources
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in automating and improving processes through technology
• Strong vendor management skills and a high level of personal integrity
