Global Mobility Specialist

Job Summary

Global Mobility Specialist, responsible for supporting and executing Global Mobility Services with a focus on compliance and operational excellence, in a full-time, home-based role in Hungary or onsite in Budapest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interactions with relocation service providers and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Provide consultation on complex mobility issues and support operational optimization initiatives
• Perform administrative tasks and resolve escalations in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Global Mobility, international relocation, and European immigration
• Advanced knowledge of GMS processes and strategies
• Experience in handling complex situations and exercising independent judgment
• Proficient in Excel and Workday
• Understanding of labor laws and expatriate policies
