Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end global employee relocation program, the full-time Global Mobility Specialist will ensure a seamless and compliant mobility experience while partnering with various departments and external vendors to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire relocation process for employees globally, coordinating logistics and providing guidance throughout the journey
• Continuously improve the global mobility program by developing policies, benchmarking against industry standards, and tracking program performance
• Manage vendor relationships and financial budgets, ensuring compliance with immigration and local regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end international relocation programs and vendor relationships
• Strong project management skills with a focus on organizational excellence
• Significant understanding of global mobility operations and relocation best practices
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
• Preferred experience supporting high-growth international organizations
