Job Summary

To support expatriates and business stakeholders, the full-time Global Mobility Tax Analyst will manage international tax compliance, oversee tax equalization programs, and collaborate with external tax service providers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on tax equalization policies and international tax obligations
  • Administer tax equalization programs and manage relationships with external tax providers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within tax operations
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or international individual income tax
  • Experience managing tax equalization programs and expatriate tax matters
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
