Job Summary
To support expatriates and business stakeholders, the full-time Global Mobility Tax Analyst will manage international tax compliance, oversee tax equalization programs, and collaborate with external tax service providers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance on tax equalization policies and international tax obligations
- Administer tax equalization programs and manage relationships with external tax providers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within tax operations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or international individual income tax
- Experience managing tax equalization programs and expatriate tax matters
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
