Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor across business functions, the full-time remote Navigator, Global will discover, validate, and prepare high-impact AI opportunities for rapid prototyping and implementation, acting as a critical bridge between operations and AI possibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships across Vantage business functions to identify and shape AI opportunities
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to map workflows, identify friction points, and uncover AI-enabled improvement opportunities
- Translate business challenges into preliminary AI use cases and assess feasibility based on various factors including data availability and organizational readiness
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in business transformation, product management, or related fields
- Practical understanding of AI capabilities and common enterprise applications
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured opportunity assessments
- Strong business and financial acumen to evaluate potential value and impact
- Experience working across organizational boundaries and engaging multiple stakeholder groups
